" Foods That People Eat"

                                          
There are many different reasons why people choose the certain foods that they eat. These reasons may be because of their heath and how they want to live, a particular taste they want to have, or others just don't care and eat anything they want without thinking about their health. All of these cases are different because everyone eats the foods they want in the certain way that they want.
People who want to eat healthy for example compared to people who don't choose their food in very different ways. My grandmother for example, sometimes she wants to eat healthy for a while so she becomes particular about the things that she eats. Well since she is being healthy she looks at a lot of different things. She looks at how much sugar the food has, salt, calcium, protein ect. When a person is being healthy they only want to eat a certain amount of calories and have a certain amount of protein, calcium, salt, and sugar. Others who aren't being as healthy wouldn’t care how much sugar, salt and things like that in their food because they aren't counting the calories. I for example if I’m not trying to eat something healthy I will choose my food based on how it tastes. Like a lot of people in the world, if the food is nasty then a person most likely will not eat the meal
